Saving Liliana

Saving Liliana is another amazing entry into the Yellowstone Brotherhood Protectors from Elle James. Liliana Lightfeather is running for a Congressional seat from Wyoming, unfortunately someone doesn’t want her to succeed. The show this by trying to blow her up, but her friend Amanda whisks her away to the Yellowstone location of the Brotherhood Protectors, where her boyfriend works. Liliana is then paired with Daxton Young, who along with the rest of his team, served with the Navy SEALs before joining Hank Patterson’s team of Protectors. Dax would be her pretend fiancée to be able to be with her all the time but not let on to anyone on the campaign trail what was going on. Dax learned from his Dad to never trust women, but Liliana is young and beautiful and passionate. And Liliana thinks she doesn’t have time for anything but campaigning and work. Can they remain as removed as they think pretending to be engaged in close quarters while trying to keep Liliana alive? It’s such a great book, I couldn’t put it down!! It’s a definite MUST read!!!

4.5 Stars This is book 4 in the Brotherhood Protectors Yellowstone series and it features Dax and Liliana. She’s running for US Congress and someone doesn’t want her to win. Dax is assigned as her protector, going undercover as her fiancé. They have instant chemistry and we know what happens when they spend so much time together. This story line was fantastic! As always, the characters are people I’d love to be friends with! The mystery and suspense were captivating. Definitely looking forward to the next book in the amazing series!

I have not read the prior stories in this series and even though some prior characters were mentioned, it wasn't needed to fully understand and enjoy this story. I adore the author and the way she writes such compelling and thrilling stories. This one does not disappoint in any way. Except for it could have gone on and on! Liliana Lightfeather is running for Congress. When an attempt is made on her life, her best friend Amanda whisks her to the Brotherhood Protectors for help. Dax is a former Navy SEAL who volunteers for the position. As Liliana is single and running for an elected office, the job to protect her and to keep Dax close is to pose as a newly engaged couple. The mystery surrounding the who, what and why just kept me glued to my hot little e-reader. This is a sexy read so just a word of caution.

What a wonderful addition to Elle Jame’s Brotherhood Protectors Yellowstone series. And this one turned out to be one of my favorites. Daxton (Dax)Young was abandoned by his mother at a young age, and raised by a distant and cold father. Dax joined the Navy as soon as he could to become a SEAL. After his time in the SEALs , he now works for Brotherhood Protectors Yellowstone. He’s happy to be around his brothers again. Then he meets Liliana Lightfeather who is running for the US House of Representative for the state of Wyoming. From the Wind River Reservation, she lived in poverty her whole life. But fought to become a lawyer and wants to represent her state. Liliana is on her campaign trail when the stage she is standing on explodes. And this happens after several other minor incidents. Her best friend Amanda tells her it’s time to call in the the Brotherhood Protectors Yellowstone for help. And that of course is where she meets Dax Young. Together they fight to stay alive and in the process, they fall in love. I really enjoyed this book and I’m sure you will too.
