Anytime children are included in the drama/ mystery, it can be more intense. Loved that the children were the son & daughter of the President and First Lady. International terrorism strikes a modern day chord.

But the ending was fair

Fast moving, great plots twists and turns, kept my interest as usual!

I have read the 17 volumes that precede this one and so far this is my favorite favorite. Very good story!

Wow- what a mess! If this is one of Patterson's " best " , it kind of makes me wonder how he keeps getting published.
