Not too serious, not too hokey.

Ya know, Goldilocks, so long as you’re reading for entertainment. I found it a refreshingly fun read. A completely different spin on future space exploration and technological advancements vs the people doing the exploring. A few downers involving real-life issues about underdogs and discrimination, but yeah, good stories should contain a valid moral. Good characters and technology keep things going, all while antics and banter keep making me smile and laugh. Thank you, I’m going in for seconds now!

If the author’s bio didn’t indicate otherwise, I would have guess his age at about 16 based on his style, plot and dialogue. But since he has a family and has written other books maybe he is writing this book for “young adults” or younger readers.
