Description

We often struggle to let some people go especially when they made that decision. We question the universe, we question ourselves and we question everyone around us but we never truly get our answers. Letting someone go takes time, patience and commitment to actively stop ourselves from relapsing and thinking about that person again. The Art Of Letting Go helps you understand why, how and when you should let someone go so you can move on and never look back.

Chapter three was very distasteful. Couldn’t read it anymore after that. May give it another try later but I couldn’t get past how pretentious the author was. I even got a second opinion to confirm how crazy it was.

This book is so good and it explains things that I wish I’d known about 9 years ago. I’m glad to finally see it in someone’s words that what I went through and what I did was not wrong but right. I’d recommend this book 100%

I read about two chapters. I think it’s quite calming and it does give some good points, but then it keeps reiterating that for about a couple of pages and then it started giving points in the next chapter but also it was more for people who just got out of a relationship needed some consoling about how the person Was not the right fit. But also it brings up many points about jobs or opportunities that pass you by we’re just not the right fit and this is more of a not exactly giving up but a way to reshape your mind into being OK that you didn’t get somethingand that’s something better for you will come along
